With more than 40 years of extensive experience in commercial vehicle software development, Seikosoft has been a long time leader in the development of innovative software solutions for the commercial vehicle sector.  Seikosoft has extensive experience working with USDOT, FMCSA and state governments to test, certify, and document federal and state processes in order to ensure that software solutions meet and exceed federal and state standards.  Software solutions specific to Seikosoft include the following:

UCR NRS (National Registration System) – Seikosoft was recently awarded the UCR 2.0 National Registration system contract.  This contract entails building a new UCR national registration system for all motor carriers to register on an annual basis.  The project includes a state specific web-service interface, an enforcement interface for state enforcement, a public registration interface, and an administrative interface for running reports, auditing, soliciting, and registering carriers.

IRP Data Repository – Seikosoft was recently awarded the IRP Data Repository contract by IRP, Inc..  This contract entails building a new National IRP Data Repository System for all jurisdictions to upload, process, and net all commercial vehicle financial and registration data on a monthly basis.  The project includes a robust web interface providing upload and query capabilities, an administrative interface for running reports, auditing, soliciting, and processing netting results, and back end processes to interface with other 3rd party systems on a system-to-system level.

RIMSRoadside Inspection Management Software – Seikosoft currently provides and will continue to provide our RIMS application to states to assist law enforcement officers in the commercial vehicle inspection process.  As one of the pioneers of developing the first 3rd party inspection application, the staff at Seikosoft is versed with FMCSA policies, testing and certification procedures, and successful inspection application deployments across the United States.

KATSKentucky Automated Truck Screening System – KATS is an automated system providing electronic screening capabilities for the state of Kentucky.  A powerful web interface and service connects various screening hardware and software components like WIM (weigh-in-motion) scales, OCR (optical character recognition) cameras, LPR (license plate reader) cameras, VMS (variable message signs) combined with federal and state data to electronically verify a carrier’s credentials, safety, out of service status, permitting status, physical weight, and overall fitness status in order to provide the carrier a go or no-go decisions when bypassing ports of entry.
